By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.✦ ooDOs & DON'Ts oo ✦
⚰︎ I do draw: Fanarts (fictional and real people of all ages), OCs & Adoptables, Soft gore, Furries, Simple mecha, Ships & Couples, SFW and light NSFW⚰︎ I don't draw: Explicit NSFW & gore, Complicated mecha, anything hateful or harmful (anti-LGBTQ+, racism, sexism, ableism, pedophillia, zoophilla, etc…), NFTs, cryptocurrency.

⚰︎ Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)⚰︎ My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on social media with proper credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement. Unless you have my consent, you MAY NOT use and post any of my WIPs (work-in-progress).⚰︎ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.⚰︎ I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.⚰︎ Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.⚰︎ Please provide all major feedback that changes at least 40% of the work at the Brief Sketch and Sketch stages.⚰︎ For game assets commissions, please credit me (@dandr0bium) in your project's credits!✦ oINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS o ✦
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to: (1) Promote myself and my services and (2) Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions: If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.✦ oCOMMISSIONER RIGHTS o ✦
You may:
⚰︎ Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
⚰︎ Print the art for personal use.
⚰︎ Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@dandr0bium".
⚰︎ Use and modify the commissioned game assets to fit your project's needs (but NOT through generative AI).You may NOT:
⚰︎ Use the artwork purchased for Personal Use commercially.
⚰︎ Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
⚰︎ Remove signatures/watermarks.
⚰︎ Resell or redistribute the artwork.
⚰︎ Modify the artwork without my consent.✦ oPAYMENTS & FEES o ✦
⚰︎ Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or your request will be declined.
⚰︎ Follow-up fees/Add-ons will have to be paid right after we agree on the charge, and you have the maximum of 5 days to complete the add-on payment.⚰︎ A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.⚰︎ If the client change their mind about the usage of the commission (e.g: change from Personal to Commercial), please nofify me timely and pay the additional prices stated in my commission details!*For detailed information on commission pricing, visit PRICE.✦ ooREFUNDSoo✦
⚰︎ I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.⚰︎ If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, the client will receive a full refund.⚰︎ If the client or I cancel the commission during the working process, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion:⚰︎ Cancelling in Rough Sketch stage: 90% refund
⚰︎ Cancelling in Sketch stage: 60-70% refund
⚰︎ From Coloring to nearly completed: no refund⚰︎ Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will: (1) Forfeit your rights to use the artwork, (2) Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence), (3) Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit and (4) Result in a formal complaint against you.✦ ooREVISIONS oo ✦
⚰︎ Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.⚰︎ In the Brief Sketch and Sketch stage, you can request 3 change requests (no limit to the number of details in each request). If after that you still have further requests, I will charge $3 - 8 each extra request based on the complexity.⚰︎ Every later revision after the Sketch will require extra funds, ranging from $5 - 20 based on the complexity. I don’t accept revisions that change over 50% of the artwork in and after this phase.✦ ooCHANGING REFERENCES oo ✦
If you want to change/add more references, please do it before and in the Sketch phase. After I have finished the Sketch, every major reference change request that affects >50% of the work will be denied.✦ ooWORKING PROCESS oo ✦
① You place an order with proper references and we discuss the price, clarify any question. You can choose to pay 50% of the price after I confirm the order.
② I send you a Brief Sketch to help you envision the work, you can request 3 free of charge changes. After this stage I will not accept changes of references that affect over 50% of the work, so please make sure to send every reference you have as soon as possible.
③ I send you a Sketch and we discuss, I make revisions until the work is good to continue. You can request 3 free of charge change requests (no limit to the number of details in each request) (read more in PRICE).
④ You send the full payment upfront or send the rest 50%. I will only continue with the artwork after I receive the payment.
⑤ I send you updates on each stage, and make small changes when needed. I don’t accept revisions that change over 50% of the artwork after the Sketch phase.
⑥ I send the finished artwork for you to review one last time, and the final product will be sent through Gmail/Google Drive or a trusted platform of your choice.
The final product will have 2 versions, one without watermarks and one with my credit and the commissioner’s name (optional).✦ ooDEADLINES AND DELIVERY oo ✦
Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters. I will keep you updated if delays occur.You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee of $15 for your work to be put in top priority.Please inform me if you need the commission finished before a certain date, I need at least 2 weeks to ensure its quality.✦ ooBLACKLIST POLICY oo ✦
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).The blacklist may be shared with other artists.✦ ooFINAL AGREEMENT oo ✦

For businesses who want to create, promote, and re-sell their own digital or physical end products made with the asset⚰︎ If you're an indie game developer with a low budget and plan to release your game for free or with really low prices (under $8), you can choose Personal Use instead of Commercial: Content. Remember that the commissioned assets should only be used in your project and nothing else, if you use them for other commercial works you will have to pay additional fees.PAYMENT METHOD

⚰︎ You can choose between 2 paying options: sending 50% of the price right after I confirm your order and sending the rest after I send you the Brief Sketch; or sending 100% of the price after I confirm your order.
I will only work on the commission after receiving the full payment.

Additional characters: +90% per character, can decrease depending on the complexity (max 6 characters per canvas).Complexity: Additional fees of $5 - 20 if the character(s) has complicated details (e.g. Genshin Impact, Honkai Starail character).Props (Weapon/Musical Instrument/etc): $5 - 20 based on complexity.Background: $5 - 30 based on complexity.
